Walter “James” Bartheld

On March 5, 2022 of Westmont. Age 63. Beloved fiancé of Carol Lanza. Devoted father of Stephanie Hudson (James) and Ryan Bartheld. Loving grandfather of Amelia and Katherine. Dear brother of Mae, Viola, William (Geraldine), Patricia, William (Cory), John (Debra), and the late John. Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Jim was a simple man with simple tastes and desires. He use to say that the only sports he liked were ones with engines. He loved cars, but he really liked motorcycles! They were his passion. In fact, when he had to give up riding them because of  health issues,    it was his biggest disappointment. He loved Walt Disney and Disney world. He went there 13 times! I think it always thrilled the inner child in him.  Actually, he was planning a trip for us to go there in October, if his health permitted. He was a good, kind man. He was always there to help people anyway he could. He was special, and he will be missed.
