In a world where so many funeral homes are being snatched up by corporations, Egizi Funeral Home stands out. We are the only funeral home left in Washington Township that remains owned and operated by a family. Our owner, Charles Chiango, has been a part of this community for decades. His kids have grown up here, go to school here, and he knows what it means to put family first.
Since 1970, we have gained a reputation for providing families from all walks of life with quality funeral services. Our neighbors in Camden and Gloucester know when they come to us, they’ll have a team of funeral professionals who will have their back, explain their options clearly, and help them create a meaningful tribute – no matter what their budget. There’s a reason why we chose the symbol of a lighthouse for our logo – like a lighthouse guides a ship safely to shore, we will guide you through every step of the funeral planning process.
Proud to Be a Good Neighbor
We also believe part of being a good neighbor is working to make our community better. That’s why we are proud to support a number of local causes, including sponsoring the Egizi Funeral Home Character and Personal Values Scholarship at Washington Township High School. It is awarded each year to a senior who has shown a record of exemplary good deeds, as well as care and love towards their family, friends, and the community at large.
