Did u ever hear someone say"You look like you just lost your best friend" Well that"s what happened to me! I lost my best friend!!! I knew Walt for over 25 years, I was hoping to know him for another 25 years.I also had great times with Walt, one of my best times was driving to North Carolina in the camper he just bought. It was so relaxing until we went fishing and i caught the first fish and the most fish of the day, that didn't make him too happy. And he always let you know when he wasn't happy. Like i said ,we had great times together, I'll miss him!!!!! The McGuire Family

Uncle Walt - thanks for all the great memories! 4th of July parties at the Woodbury house, fishing/boating trips, working on the house in Woodbury, parties and cookouts at Four Seasons Campground, BBQs at the house in Delaware – delicious, your jokes and laughter and the amazing stories about your traveling adventures. You will be missed and thought of often. Love, Chris, Trisha and Jill xoxoxo

Anyone who was friends of Walt knew him as "Ber". His close friends knew him as F ing Walt. I believe the management at CoCo Barry would testify to that! Walt was the union rep and gave management fits with his hard nose negotiating. Always looking out for his fellow colleagues. I have known Walt for over 35 years as my brother in law by marriage and over the years we were more like brothers. We laughed , argued , partied and even worked together at times. I would like to share some of my fond memories ..... Bruce driving us to the sixers game and almost getting us killed Camping trips with the boys and afternoon baseball games Demo Wood St July 4th on the roof and watching the herds of people go by Fishing trips with my boys Teaching Torre how to hook bait at 5 yrs old! Trips to Storybook land with the kids Our drive to Maine and Walt giving hell to every car that passed us on the shoulder Eagles debates (COWBOYS SUCK) Drinks by the fire Tailgating at the Eagles game with Bryan (COWBOYS SUCK) Picking his brain when I had an electrical problems His 2004 Super Bowl trip Rod Stewart Concert Turkey burgers and hots dogs on the grill Working at the house in Delaware He would sometimes cook me dinner after a long day at work in Delaware His PINK toolbox ( I gave him crap about that a lot) Winning our biggest jackpot on the horse (ugly Betty) This last memory that I would like to share is our trip two years ago to see the Virginia Christmas lights on the boardwalk. On our way down in the rented SUV ,I lost track of my speed and was pulled over doing seventy something in a fifty five zone. As the officer was walking away from the car ,Walt questioned him about how fast he was going and began to irritate the officer. I told him to give him lip when your driving , not on my dime ! (f ing Walt). Walt lived life to the fullest and I will always remember the great times we had together. Gone ,but never forgotten , Love John

You are so greatly missed and loved. Thank you so much for all the family fun times and for as long back as I can remember, always planning things to do with our kids. Things like fishing trips, Storybook Land, all the activities at Four Seasons Campground, Cape May Zoo and Wildwood boardwalk with Timmy, fourth of July fireworks, the barbecues, & Easter egg hunt on Wood St., Rod Stewart concert, punkin chuckin in Delaware. Also at our house celebrating our kids B- Days, countless Christmases, Easters and more barbecues. I'm so thankful for our trip together, the four of us to Virginia Beach in 2013. I'll always treasure that. God Bless you Walt, I'll never forget you saying to me, "your not a Flynn." (and we knew what that meant) I love you and I'll miss you. To Pat, my dear sister in law, your always in my thoughts and prayers. Love you Donna
