I had the pleasure of meeting Tori a few years ago when she came into our office to work as a school photographer. I always told her she caught on the fastest out of anyone I had ever trained, it was the truth and still is to this day. Tori was bright and friendly, she was a good worker and wonderful with the kids especially the younger ones, always patient and caring. Her little man was the most important person in the world to her, I remember many conversations where he was never far from her thoughts, only wanting the best for him. I will miss you Tor, I pray you are at peace. My sincere and deepest sympathy to the MiCucci family and to her little man, Anthony, when he smiles he looks just like his beautiful mama. Liz Carrado

Gerald J. Luongo left a message on January 18, 2018:
I was deeply saddened to learn of Vicki's passing. So young and so beautiful and so much living to do. I cannot begin to feel your pain nor can I even begin to understand why tragedies like this happen. As a Father, I cherish the lives of my three sons and I would be devastated if I had to accept their passing. The Micucci's are good people and I have known you for quite a few years. The love that you share will help you through this most difficult time. The time for healing will enable you to live with the reality of Vicki's passing. The reason for her being taken so young in life is a mystery and that answer is something that we as mortals will never understand. As ever, the family of Mayor Gerald J. Luongo, Sons Christopher, Jonathan and Matthew.

Dear Joe & extended Micucci Family, I remember coming to your front porch and expressing how beautiful the name "Victoria" was. You are great people & parents. Your parents too are great people. I work w/ Chrissy & she is just a gem in helping people daily. (My wife Michelle would see Victoria @ Cache' & your daughter was just a kind & loving human being... all of the Micucci's are.) Please believe that we will pray for your family daily. Why has God tested our young generation so much?! We mortals have no idea other than to trust that the Micucci Family is simply stronger than any of us can ever imagine. In my work w/ Chrissy & my wife's work as a nurse, we will do anything & everything humanly possible to help others in your daughter's name. We are here for the Micucci Family. May God bless your beloved daughter & bring her to a place of serenity, security and "guider" of our vulnerable young people. We are at your side at any hour. Your Friends, Frank & Michelle Gurcsik
