Born February 1, 1961, Victoria, known as Vicky, was the 4th of 4 children of Kathleen and John (Jack) Herbert. She was raised in Sewell, NJ and graduated from Clearview Regional High School. Vicky earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware, then her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. She spent many happy summers down the shore in Ocean City, NJ with friends and family.

Devoted mother of Elizabeth Palumbo (Daniel). Beloved daughter of Kathleen and the late John (Jack) Herbert. Dear sister of Janice Herbert (Steven), John Herbert (Claire), and the late Joanne Herbert (the late Michael). Loved by nieces & nephews, extended family, and friends.

Victoria’s life will be honored and remembered privately by her family.

Vicky and I met in 5th grade at Mrs Orme’s class in the old part of Sewell School. I had just moved there and we quickly became friends. Every summer we would hang out together along with the other part our group Audrey Lucas. Together we would spend every day at the beach, having a slice and a coke at Prep’s Pizza, barefoot & sneaking cigarettes! We had incredible summers riding bikes down the alleyways between 27th &Wesley Avenue and 31st & Central. We continued to stay friends through moves, college and our marriages. Wish we could go back in time and relive those glory days. It’s been a while, but her loss still hurts. All my love to the Herbert Family and her daughter Liz.
