Thomas Stephen Sparacio
On October 19, 2024, of Washington Twp. Age 63. Beloved husband of Lisa (nee Bianchi). Devoted father of Jessica (Alexander) and Nicholas (Nichole). Cherished son of the late Thomas and Mary Ann (nee Kucinski) Sparacio. Dear brother of Linda Beechler (Doug). Most loved son-in-law to Mary Ann and the late Edward Bianchi. Brother-in-law to Edward Bianchi and Gregory Bianchi (Christine). Loved by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Tom was a family man, meticulous tradesman, and an active community member. He began his career as a Cement Mason at the age of 18 in 1979 out of Cement Masons and Plasterers Union, Local No. 592 (formerly known as Local 699). In November 2002 he was appointed to Business Agent, a role he held until he retired in January 2020. He was an active member of the Washington Township community and served on the Planning Board for over 15 years.
Tom had many hobbies, including fishing, golfing, and spending time at the beach, particularly at the Jersey Shore and Fort Lauderdale, FL. What he loved most was spending quality time with friends and family. He felt his happiest when gathered around the table with a glass of red wine or an extra, extra, extra Grey Goose dirty martini with blue cheese olives in hand while enjoying a delicious meal.
Tom was the most loving and caring husband of 38 years and the best father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, godfather, and friend we could have asked for. He will always be remembered for his infectious laughter and radiant smile. Tom will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday 8:15 – 10:45 am October 25th, at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 176 Stagecoach Road, Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am.
In honor of Thomas’ life, in lieu of flowers or other acts of sympathy, his family would encourage any donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
