Susan M. Talvacchio, (nee Tartaglia) On May 20, 2021 of Williamstown. Age 67. Beloved wife of Gary. Devoted mother of Danielle Barrila (Sebastian), Nicole McCaffery (Brian), Dina Izzi (Frank), and Gary Talvacchio, Jr. (Brooke).
Loving Mom Mom of Brian, Sebastian, Dean, Colin, Axel and Jaxon. Dear sister of Dolores Zauck, Ernest, and Anthony Tartaglia. Born in Camden, NJ to the late Philomena and Ernest Tartaglia. Younger sister to Dolores, Ernie, and Anthony.
She was a recipient of the Hero Scholarship Fund from which her deceased Father of the Camden City Fire Department helped establish. She used the scholarship for cosmetology school to achieve her life long dream of owning her own Salon (D’Nicole).
Susan met the love of her life in the winter of 1972. They then married on September 21, 1974. They resided in NJ where they had 4 wonderful children. There was nothing more important to Susan than her faith and her family.
Susan was the best hostess when it came to entertaining company. She was known for her kind heart, pure love, positive mentality, and was always there to help someone in need. She was truly one of a kind.
Family was her number one priority. She had the privilege of holding the “Mother of the Bride” title for her three daughters; Danielle, Nicole, and Dina. Most recently, she became “Mother of the Groom” at her son, Gary’s wedding.
The apples of her eye were her 6 grandsons; Brian, Sebastian, Dean, Colin, Axel, and Jaxon. She loved being a Mom Mom more than anything. She wanted nothing more than to be here to watch them grow.
Susan will be forever remembered.
Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tuesday 7:00-9:00 PM and Wednesday 10:00-11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp.
