(nee Schilder) On November 9, 2024 of Washington Twp. Age 73.

Susan is at peace, pain free with God today. After being diagnosed with colon cancer 21 months ago, she fought every day through her personal research and medical care. We are especially thankful for the doctors and nurses at Cooper Hospital for their kindness. Losing Susan is almost too hard to accept, but we have faith in our Lord to carry us.

Susan is survived by a loving family, husband Tom for 50 years, daughters Susan (Mike), Shannon (Joe); sons Joseph and Thomas.

She had a special love for her grandchildren, Candace, Jenny, and Daniel and her 7 great-grandchildren. She was a dear sister to Mary Tomlinson, Kathy Modine (Vinnie), Shelby Schilder, Shawn Schilder and the late Herman Schilder, Pat Schilder, and Shane Schilder. She was loved by many nieces and nephews. Her closest cousin Sally Ann Guam was very special to her.

Her final wish was to be cremated and spread on the beach in Strathmere on a warm summer day, with her entire family present for a final goodbye.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Susan’s memory may be made to The Colon Cancer Coalition.

Susan was a beautiful woman who loved her family fiercely. My deepest sympathies to the Bowe family. Thinking about you all during this difficult time

I share the sadness of Sue's passing with her loving family especially my twin brother, Tom. I know Sue is at peace and went thinking of her husband, children and extended family. She fought a good fight until the end. Rest in peace. Betty

My beautiful and courageous sister. My life was truly blessed because you were in it. The world is a little more dim without your light, but we all carry that light in our hearts. My heart goes out to Tom, Susan, Shannon, Joseph, and Tommy as well as all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved you all fiercely. We will all meet her in heaven.
