(nee Butt) On January 4, 2022 of York, PA. Age 87. Beloved wife of the late Thomas H. Wright, Sr. Devoted mother of Thomas Wright (Teresa), Terri Wright, Tracey Barragan (Omar), Christopher Wright, and the late Wendy O’Brien. Loving grandmother of Joe (Gale), Shawn (Misty), Jamie, Kelly (Justin), Jessica, Rochelle, Ashlee, Jaelyn, Tom (Lisa), and Kevin (Teresa). Proud great-grandmother of Lily, April, and Kira. Loved by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Sarah B Wright age 87 passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Sally cared deeply for her family and friends, not out of obligation but because of who she was. Her strong sense of family gave her comfort and made her the loving and caring person she was known to be. The simplest pleasures of life brought her so much joy. Baking crafting and sewing all that were happily passed on to her children. Her love for animals was enormous and brought her so much happiness. She stayed home with her children until they were teenagers and then she went to work for a pediatrician for 40 years. Sally was much loved by her children and grandchildren. She leaves them with a legacy of generosity and compassion. The memories and love will be in their hearts forever.

Sarah’s life will be honored and remembered privately by her family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sarah’s memory may be made to the Voorhees Animal Orphanage, 419 Cooper Rd., Voorhees, NJ 08043.

The Schlitt Family and all of us at Haddon Pediatric Group are sending our love and prayers to your family. Sally will be dearly missed. We feel so lucky to have had Sally be such a big part of our lives, and we are deeply saddened to hear about her passing. She was a caring, hardworking and giving person who always went above and beyond to help all of us and the patients. And she loved her animals! May she rest in peace knowing how many people loved her.

Sarah Wright was the most caring person I know, she never had a negitive word to say about anyone. Her love for her family and friends will be deeply missed. She truly loved animals and had many talents. May God bless you and your family in this sorrowful time

Aunt Sally, The memories I have of you I will forever remember.... your cakes, the newfoundlands, swimming at your house, your paintings and visits when we lived in Nazareth are just a few...always willing to help someone. You always were such a caring person with a heart bigger than you were. Mom tells me stories of when yous were young and she loves you more than words. Distance may have limited our visits but you always were in our hearts. You are now with Uncle Tom, Wendy, Grandmom, Grandpop and Uncle Bill and no longer in pain. Till we see each other again.
