Sandra Riggio

(nee Pipino) On May 16, 2023 of Glassboro. Age 82. Beloved wife of Joseph. Devoted mother of Lisa Ruley (James), Joseph Riggio (Frank), and Nicholas Riggio (Noelia). Loving grandmother of Lillian, Anna, and Nicholas. Dear sister of Thomas Pipino (Betty), the late Rita D’Antuono (the late Joseph), and the late Albert Pipino (Anna). Loved by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Sandy was born and raised in South Philadelphia. She was married to her beloved husband Joe for 61 years. They raised their young family in Marlton NJ.

Sandy worked at ACME markets for 27 years. She often spoke about how she had fun and enjoyed her coworkers and customers.

Sandy enjoyed cooking for her family,  going to the shore, going out to dinner, and an occasional day trip to Atlantic City. She was a fabulous cook and will always be remembered for the Christmas Eve dinners she hosted. Sandy was always dressed to the nines and enjoyed socializing in her hay days. Most of all Sandy loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Sandy will be deeply missed by her family.

Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Monday, May 22^nd  8:15 – 10:15 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM at Mother Mercy, Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Glassboro. Entombment, St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.
