January 20, 1955 - April 8, 2011

On April 8, 2011, of Washington Twp. Age 56. Beloved husband of Lisa nee Burgese. Loving father of Christian and stepfather of Victoria Mingrino. Dear son of Rudolph and Nancy nee Gingrich. Devoted brother of Amy Barker Gary, Rebecca Riti and Thomas Mary Beth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and extended family.

Ralph was an elevator constructor with Local #5 in Philadelphia and a 1973 graduate of Haddon Twp. High School. Ralph attended Calvary Chapel in Bellmawr and was a Coach in the Washington Twp. Little Leage.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family Wednesday 6:30 – 9:00 pm at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral Service Thursday 10:00 am at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 710 Collings Ave., West Collingswood, NJ. Interment private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Camden Urban Ministry, 3901 Westfield Avenue, Pennsauken, NJ 08109, or they may be made to Lisa Riti.

Ralph was one of my best friends for many years, growing up in W.Collingswood and I have many magical memories of the mostly harmless but zany activities that young boys and teenagers can explore and experience together. He was a loyal and generous friend and a real trailblazer, sharing his love of the outdoors with me and any other friends ambitious enough to tag along. While I'm thankful for the adventures we had together so many years ago, I regret not working harder to stay in touch in recent years. My deepest sympathies to the Riti family, I am sorry for your loss.

Ralph...you touched our lives forever. Your gentle, kind and giving ways made you the beautiful man that you were. My children adored you. Our hearts are broken but your spirit is alive. To All of the Ritis, I am so sorry to hear of your loss and I feel a loss, too. I knew Ralph since first grade. We were friends and enemies, depending on the day. We had many more good times, than bad. He was always a good friend and will be remembered. He will rest in peace.

To my best friend Ralph, you have been a shining star in my life for over 25 years. Your spirit, faith, and friendship is something that I will cherish forever. I just spoke to you the other day and we prayed. Little did I know you would be going the next day. Brooke and I will miss you, your happy smile, voice, and presence. To the family of Ralph and especially Christian, his loving son...Ralph was one of a kind, a great friend to so many. He was the most giving person that we've ever known. He gave his time and talents to Habitat for Humanity, and would give the shirt off his back to anyone who asked. We would like to make sure that Christian grows up to know what a giving and honorable man his Dad was. and we are so grateful to have him as a friend. As one of my closest friends during our elementary, junior and high school days, I owe Ralph for many incredible memories...and regret we didn’t stay in touch during our adult lives.

I am saddened to hear of Ralph's passing, we went to HTHS together, friends from 7th grade... He was always a great guy and a good friend to all! My thoughts and prayers are with his family and all his many friends. I hope happy memories of Ralph help you through this most difficult time.

It's been a number of years since I've seen Ralph, but Becky's updates on the Riti family members have always made me feel like I wasn't completely out of touch. Ralph will be missed, even by those of use who didn't see him regularly.

I am sorry for your loss. I went to HTHS with Ralph and later we were neighbors in Haddon Heights. Ralph was one of the good guys. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

To my dear brother Ralph Today our family and your many, many friends celebrated your life. It was a beautiful service on a lovely spring day. You were taken from us much too soon Ralph. I am so saddened to hear of this. Ralph was a follow classmate, good friend and fellow Tae Kwon Do black belt. My condolences to his entire family. I will pick up Jack Poupard who was Ralph and my Tae Kwon Do instructor and bring him Wednesday night.

I was deeply sadden to hear that Ralph had passed. I worked with Ralph during my summers while attending college back in the late 70's. Ralph was a great guy, with an infectious laugh and a smile that would bright any day. If you were in need of anything he would give you the shirt of his back. Ralph was a man of his word, always dependable and always caring of your needs....I have not met many people that have the same great qualities that Ralph did. When I think of Ralph I'll picture his pleasant smile and hear him say "How is it going with you Donnie" and miss his gentle sweet personality....

A most heartfelt thank you to all of you who sent us such comforting words on the passing of our son, Ralph. He was a loving and caring son and a dad who adored his own son, 8-year old Christian. He is missed. Not one day goes by that we don't think of him. But because of his strong faith in our Lord, Jesus, and his trust in God, we know his soul is resting in a far better place. This has given us strength to get through this valley. Again, we thank you for your prayers and tender words. Continue to keep his family in your prayers. It's a very trying time for them.
