July 20, 1954 - June 18, 2012

Peter G. Melfi, on June 18, 2012, after a courageous 5 year battle with lung cancer as a non-smoker, of Washington Township. Age 57. Beloved husband of Loretta nee Gabriele. Devoted father of John P. and Jason P. Loving son of the late Peter F. and Jean nee Mazeffa. Dear brother of the late Janice DiGirolamo. He will also be missed by many loving family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Saturday 7:45 – 9:45 am at St. Charles Borromeo RC Church, 176 Stagecoach Road, Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Peter’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034 or American Lung Association, 1031 Route 22 West, Suite 203, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
