It comes as a surprise to both of us, a real punch in the gut. Pete was a "true" person. Someone that was honest, you knew exactly how he felt about you with just a look. We were neighbors for along time, we always enjoyed chit-chatting in our driveways, hollering across the street Hi or Pete's "Hey Moe", competing with Christmas lights, BBQ's and talking about our kids. You were the kind of friend that never required much, an easy friend. One you could always pick up, right where you left off, no matter how much time past. Both Kevin and Zach stopped to see your lights as they have the last few years, I can't bring myself to yet but promise I will. Arlene, there are no words we can say to bring you comfort. I had the pleasure of knowing Pete for well over twenty years thought we lost touch for a while I’m so glad we reconnected. Pete was a hard worker, good man and a very proud father and grandfather. I always admired the love Pete had for his Mother and Father. Pete would always bring a smile to my face and will continue to do so threw great memories. Nicole and I send our condolences to Arlyn, Nina and Alana and Pete’s family.

I am saddened by this news Pete and I were best of friends. I can’t understand why and I know others don’t. All I can say is God has a plan for Peter and that he rest in eternal peace. RIP. My Friend.
