Panayiotis Spartiatis

On July 6, 2026, of Sicklerville. Age 72. Beloved husband of Janice (nee Elder). Devoted father of Robert (Michele) and Shawn (Jeannine). Cherished grandfather of Timothe and Bianca. Dear brother of Maria Latsis and Pagona Spartiatis. Peter is also loved by nephews and other cherished family and friends.

Panayiotis “Pete” Spartiatis was born in the tiny hamlet of Poulithra, Greece.  As a young man he emigrated to the United States.  Pete met and married his spouse, Janice, with whom he raised two sons.   They celebrated over 50 years of matrimony.  Having been raised in a coastal town, Pete enjoyed deep sea fishing, eventually owning his own boat.  His Greek culture also influenced his love of cuisine and was an avid chef.  Pete was especially fond of preparing delicacies for his family and friends as well as enjoying their company and conversation.

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Saturday 9:00 – 10:15 AM at Saint Thomas Greek Orthodox Church, 615 Mercer Street, Cherry Hill. Divine Liturgy at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.
