Nancy Lee Jose
(nee Osler) On May 6, 2026, of Glassboro. Age 69. Beloved wife of the late William F. Jose, Jr. Loving mother of Trisha Bryson (Timothy), Stephanie Hohn (Jared) and Kyle Jose (Sarah). Cherished grandmother of Connor, Tanner, Claire, Tessa, Avery and Saylor. Loving daughter of the late Gloria Osler. Dear sister of Robert Osler (Mary) and Sharon Schwegel (Albert). Loved by many nieces and nephews.
Nancy and her siblings were raised by their mother in Runnemede. After graduating from Triton High School, she met her husband, Bill, and they would go on to enjoy 45 years of marriage before his passing in 2023. Together, Nancy and Bill raised three children and created wonderful memories in a happy home.
She brought energy and personality everywhere she went and was always the first one on the dance floor. She had a way of connecting with people through her candor and humor — you could always count on her for a laugh at the family function.
Nancy enjoyed her daily routines: cleaning and maintaining her house, cooking for her family, talking on the phone with friends and neighbors, watching the Phillies, rewatching her favorite movies, dancing to her oldies, and going to her community pool.
She spent her career as a beloved preschool teacher and nanny. “Miss Nancy” had a special way with children and was a cherished presence for so many families over the years. Her love for children was most evident in her relationship with her six grandchildren. Affectionately known as Mom Mom, she loved every FaceTime, dance recital, baseball game, graduation, parade, and celebration spent with family.
She will be forever remembered and deeply missed by all who knew her.
Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Wednesday, May 13th 8:30-10:15 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM at St. Bridget University Parish, Glassboro. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.
