Mitch and I went to grade school together. He was a great friend, funny, had a great sense of humor, always made you smile and laugh. We have kept in touch through Facebook and he and Bern came to visit me and my husband in Florida. It’s like we never skipped a beat. I cherish our friendship and that we met Bern. Fond memories that will always be cherished and never forgotten.

I don't remember the exact time, or circumstances I met Mitch, but I'm sure it was through Rusty, or Marc. He was a good man, loud and boisterous, but he had to be when around Rusty. We spent many crazy nights at Mirro's bar where we cemented our friendship. He will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, daughters, family, and friends.

May Mitchell’s soul rest in GOD’S eternal peace. Many condolences and prayers to his family and friends. GOD bless you all When I was sick back in the late ‘ 70’s he and Rusty would come visit me every night and stay for hours. They kept my spirits high and. Took my mind off my illness. He was a great friend to me and kept me abreast his situation. We talked about old times. His loss is a gut punch but I know he’s in heaven with GOD!!
