Michael Steven Feldman was born Nov 22, 1945 and passed away in his sleep from complications of diabetes and dialysis on Friday April 16, 2026 in the morning.
Beloved husband of Karen (nee Friberg). Devoted father of Katy Feldman, and Amy Spencer (Jamie). Loving grandfather of Cameron, Chloe, Charlotte, and Knox. Dear brother of the late Harvey.
He had graduated from Glassdoor State College on June 4, 1968 with a BA in secondary social science.
He was very involved with The Unitarian Universalist Church in Cherry Hill and was on the Board of Trustees from 1987-1990 and President from 1988-1990. Over the years, he was also involved with the Social Justice Committee, Denominational Committee, along with being Unitarian of the Year in 1990. This year marks his 50th anniversary with the church.
One of his most exciting memories was traveling to his father’s homeland of Romania to visit our sister church in Szekelyderzs with fellow members in 2019. He had wanted to go for many years, and was thrilled to finally be able to join.
He loved traveling, having been to Costa Rica, Hawaii, London, Romania, and Sweden to name a few. Exploring new cultures and trying new food was always a highlight for him.
His greatest accomplishment was his 49 year marriage to Karen Friberg Feldman. She was truly the love of his life and they couldn’t have been happier. He is preceded in death by his wife, Karen Friberg Feldman, brother, Harvey Feldman and parents, Doris Anter and Albert Feldman, and he leaves behind his two daughters, Katy Feldman and Amy Spencer, along with 4 grandkids, Cameron, Chloe, Charlotte and Knox.
His service will take place on Sat June 13 at 1pm at The Unitarian Universalist Church in Cheryl Hill, 401 Kings Hwy N, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034
