Mary Bernice Paulauskas

(nee Bertolino)  On April 29, 2021 of Washington Twp.  Age 88.  Beloved wife of the late Algirdas.  Devoted mother of Robert Kruger, and Linda M. Roscioli.  Loving grandmother of Amber, Jamie, Jules, Joseph, and Michael.  Proud great-grandmother of Rhyleigh, David, Jules, and Charlotte.

Mary moved to Washington Township from South West Philly in May of 1962. She has lived in the same Bells Lake house since then. Mary was once a beautiful crocheter, as was her mother. She loved giving new mothers a beautiful sweater, booties, and bonnet. Mary was also a fantastic cook. Everyone raved about her meatballs and gravy. Even though she had been bedridden for the past 21 years, people still talk about her meatballs.

She enjoyed listening to music, especially Country. She loved her soap operas and Hallmark movies. She passed that love onto her granddaughters. She also enjoyed watching game shows, never missing Wheel of Fortune.

Above all, her family was everything to her. Oh how she doted on her grandchildren. She’ll live on through the stories she told, the recipes she passed down, and the love she provided us with.

She was so very loved by her family. She will be missed beyond measure.

Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tuesday 9:00-10:30 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp.  Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM at SS Peter & Paul RC Church, Washington Twp.  Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery, Williamstown.
