I was doing some searches for information & came across a couple newspaper articles about Marty. I'm so sad to find out he had passed. He saved my life & I'll never forget him. He knew when to listen & when to tell you you're full of it.. I was lucky to have met him when I did. I wish I could have thanked him in person. Thank you Marty I'm forever in your debt.

I am so saddened to just now learn of Marty’s passing. He was a kind and sweet man who never hesitated to take me to task in the way a true fried does. I will always think of him fondly and I’m sending my prayers to him in heaven. He was loved.

Wow! I just found out Marty had passed when I was looking to get in touch with him after all these years. Very sad for his family and friends. I met Marty while working nights at UPS in South Philly when we were both attending school during the day. Marty would load the boxes onto the roller and slide the boxes into the trailer, which I would load. We were very busy but we talked a lot as we worked. We had a lot in common with basketball, Notre Dame, and laughing. He played high school ball when the other Camden High School basketball was #1 in the country so I would always ask him about there team. We would bust each others chops at times but in friendly way. I was missing a tooth at the time and he was calling me LaLanne after the famous workout guy Jack LaLanne. Funny thing was that guy was 90 years while I was 19 lol. One day work got very busy and Marty was 4 feet above the ground standing on boxes trying to load them on the roller when I stopped working for a minute or two and he looked up and yelled LaLanne if I have to come in there... Then we both started laughing. I am sorry I will not get to see Marty, but I am sure he is up in heaven having a good old time. God Bless Marty, Family, and Friends. Steve 717-725-4271

My deepest condolences to the family. Thank you all for sharing Marty with the rest of the world. I had the fortunate experience of having Marty referee my mens leagues games and recently he refereed my both of my son's games here in South Jersey. He was a good ref but a much better human being. I valued our early morning conversations while the children warmed up. His transition is still a shock but he will never be forgotten.

Marty was hired by me at the Camden County Prosecutors Office as a detective. I was impressed with him from the minute I met him. He did a very good job. I was shocked to hear of his passing from the virus. My wife and I ran into him recently in an Italian restaurant on Egg Harbor Road. He will be missed severely by his family and long list of friends and associates. X

Marty Mo, what can I say, you were the world to me. Such a great friend, my buddy, my adviser now my guardian Angel. I will never forget all the fun times and laughs we had together. During my darkest days, you stayed by my side, always picking me up when I fell, I will forever be grateful to you. You treated my children like they were your own, thanks so much for being a part of my family. You will never know how much you meant to me as a person, and friend.
