(nee Hunter) On October 1, 2026, of Washington Twp. Age 86. Beloved wife of the late Sal.

Margie was warm, fun and out-going. She owned a popular beauty salon in South Philly for 25 years. She was devoted to her many friends and relatives, delighting in their highs and empathizing in their lows. People would confide in her. Her best teenaged friends stayed loyal to her right up through old age.

When she and her husband Sal closed the beauty shop to retire, they moved to South Jersey. Margie had real artistic talent, especially for painting, and a love for gardening.

Her biggest talent was for living life. She loved and was loved by so many.

Margie’s life will be honored and remembered privately by her family.
