Louis Robert Rezzetti
On April 13, 2026, of Washington Township. Age 83. Beloved husband of Carol Ann (nee Phillips). Devoted father of Carol Lynn (David) and Robert (Tracey). Loving grandfather of Megan (Chris), Amanda, David, Louis, and Julianna. The best great-grandfather to Amelia and Liam. Dear brother of Mary Ann, Roberta, Francine, John, and Richard. Loved by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Those who knew Lou knew that his family was his whole heart. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Carol Ann, with whom he shared 63 wonderful years of marriage, a bond that stood at the center of his life. Carol Ann and Lou enjoyed spending time on the weekends taking drives to Lancaster, PA, and the Jersey Shore while listening to their favorite music.
His second passion in life was cars. A passion of which fittingly became the center of the family business. He worked alongside his father at his father’s business, “Bob’s Servicenter.” After his father’s passing, he took over the business and was joined by his son. Eventually, he expanded the business to Bob’s Quality Cars. Working alongside friends and his son, he spent over 60 years serving the people of Pine Hill, and eventually Lindenwold. It laid the foundation for what today is known as, “Rezzetti Enterprises.”
Above all, Lou found his greatest joy in spending time with his family – his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He embraced these roles with unmatched enthusiasm. Whether cheering from the sidelines, applauding in a theater, or celebrating at a graduation ceremony, he was always the loudest and proudest supporter. For over a decade, he created cherished memories at his home down the shore, delighting his grandchildren with stories of his alma mater, Monsignor Bonner, tales of Philadelphia sports—especially his admiration for Chuck Bednarik—and the spirited antics of his close-knit group of friends.
Lou will be remembered as a fiercely loyal son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His presence will continue to be felt by his family through all of life’s moments, including every future Philadelphia championship celebration.
“Shortcuts don’t work”-a quote from Lou Rezzetti, who possessed a work ethic like no other.
