Louis J. Fludina, on May 17, 2018, of Washington Twp. Age 62. Beloved husband of Denise (nee Banas). Devoted father of Lauren E. Dear brother of Deborah, Karen, and Michelle. Loving uncle of the late Gene.
The most devoted husband and father, Louis J. Fludina. Louis was born and raised in Philadelphia. After finishing high school, Louis began working for UPS in South Philadelphia where he dedicated 40 years of his life. Louis will always be remembered as an extremely hard worker, consistently putting his family before himself. Louis also had a second job removing wallpaper where he had the opportunity to make connections with so many people. He always brought his big radio to all his wall-scraping jobs playing his favorite singer, Frank Sinatra. Louis met the love of his life Denise in 1983 where they later got married in 1986. Louis and Denise welcomed their first and only daughter into the world in 1993. Denise and Lauren were Louis’ entire world, always referring to them as “his girls”. Anyone who knew Louis knew he was “the jokester” always cracking jokes and making people laugh. Louis was a faithful Philadelphia Sports Fan; he loved watching the Phillies and the 76ers and even got to see the Eagles bring home the Super Bowl. Every morning Louis would say, “Who wants to go get Daddy a cup of coffee?” which quickly became a morning tradition. Louis will definitely still be enjoying his medium coffee with cream and sugar and Boston Crème doughnut in heaven. Above all things, Louis was most proud of his daughter Lauren. Lauren was the first person in the family to graduate from college. It was one of the happiest moments of his life to see his daughter start her career as a Registered Nurse at Jefferson Health in Washington Township. Louis will be missed immensely every day by his girls, but will forever be in their hearts.
