Lisa A. Almeida-Fortunato

On March 31, 2026 of Washington Twp. Age 58. Devoted mother of Gabrielle Fortunato (Rashan Snead), Gino Fortunato, and Lisa Fortunato. Loving grandmother of Dante and Gabriel. Dear sister of Melissa Baldwin (Joseph), Colleen Almeida, and her stepsister, Erica Dietrich. Loved by nieces and nephews. Survived by the father of her children Eugenio Fortunato (Dawn). Loved by her granddog, Ravi Davi and her grandcat, Salem Whalem.

On July 25, 1967, God sent down his angel, Lisa, with her heavenly song. She grew into a warm loving person, daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, cousin, friend, and much more. During her time on Earth her heavenly wings were injured. As her struggles progressed and she continued fighting her demons God watched on from above. During the holiest weeks when God called Jesus home, he opened those gates again on March 31^st to bring his injured angel home.

Family and friends are welcome to attend her viewing Tuesday, April 7^th 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 8:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lisa’s memory may be made to the National Alliance of Mental Illness or the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism.
