Linda L. Nees

On September 23, 2026, of Tuckerton.  Age 72.  She was the devoted mother of Chrissy Helmes (fiancé Jeff Brower) and Michelle Moy and her husband Patrick.  She was the loving grandmother of Jacob and Nathan.  Linda was the dear sister of Donna Powell and the late Patrica Blechl and Kathy Warner.  She is loved by many nieces and nephews.

She was a devoted Christian whose faith in Jesus guided the way she lived each day. She had a joyful spirit, loved life, and brought happiness to everyone around her.

Above all else, her daughters, Chrissy and Shelly, were the most important part of her life. She loved her girls with all of her heart, and that love was returned in every way. They shared an extraordinary bond, doing life together through annual girls’ vacations, countless family memories, and the simple comfort of daily phone calls and texts. Her daughters were not only her children, but her best friends, her confidantes, and a constant source of love and joy. The time they shared was precious, and the love between them will remain forever.

She cherished time with her family and friends, especially family game nights filled with laughter and friendly competition. She loved listening to live music, line dancing, and cooking meals that brought the people she loved together. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Linda’s life will be celebrated at a later date with family and friends.
