Leonilda DiMattesa “Linda”

(nee Gramigna) On March 7, 2024 of Washington Township, age 97. Beloved wife of the late Carlo DiMattesa.  Devoted mother of Carl R. and Janice DiMattesa and the late Roseanne DiMattesa.  Loving grandmother of Carl and Sheri.  Proud great-grandmother of Courtney and Cameron.

Born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Camden, NJ.  Married her lifetime love at the age of 21 and enjoyed 70 years of marriage.  The matriarch of our family and self-proclaimed “typical Italian mother/grandmother” caring for and raising her own Italian Momma’s Boy and spoiling her grandchildren.  She was an integral part of the family business (C&C Displays) for many years.  She loved her family more than anything and cherished all the family gatherings.  She adored all animals, especially the many dogs they rescued through the years.  She found joy in her free time making homemade Raviolis for the family, playing Bingo, reading, praying, and being in the company of many dear friends

Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation Tuesday 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp.  Funeral Service 8:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leonilda’s memory to the Spina Bifida Association.
