Mr. Seccia was always a class act. Always did anything he could for kids. Every time I was in his company, he was always smiling. Thomas Attanasi

Mr. Sec, what can I say, It seemed like I was your 4th son growing up in your house as a young boy. You were a special person, devoted husband and great father. Will never forget the rough house basketball games out in the back, the wiffle ball games and the all night poker games at the kitchen table. Taking me to South Phila to work at the store during the holidays, getting breakfast at Jetro, I could go on and on. You are at peace now, total paradise, find my mom up their and share all the good memories. To Mrs Sec Mike, Charles and Nicholas you are in my thoughts and prayers daily. Tim Attanasi

My cousin Leon was such a kind, gentle, loving person. I don't think I ever heard a complaint or an unkind word from him about anyone. He took things in stride, even when he was having such a difficult time these last few months. It was a blessing to know him and to have him in our family. I will love him and miss him forever.

As a neighbor living on Dickinson Street for 50+ years. I will always remember the loving, kindhearted Leon who was always there to help out the neighbors. When you went into the store to shop, it was so pleasant. He made sure that he acknowledged anyone in the neighborhood who was ill or passed away. He was just a beautiful person - people let me tell you about the Leon that I knew & loved. His family was his life, he spoke of them every day & worked with them. RIP Leon, prayers for your loving family. Midge & Joe

My condolences to Leon's family. I graduated with Leon from Msgr. Bonner High School in 1961, sharing several classes with him throughout high school. He was a Delaware County "LEGEND" during the 1950's in many sports, but especially football. He played for Holy Cross grade school and was a ferocious, strong, running back. Really, he was a "man" playing among boys. Rest in peace, Leon.
