Lawrence Lee Hodge, on August 25, 2021, of Erial. Age 63. Beloved husband of Sandra Ann (nee Kuehn), for 36 years. Devoted father of Bryan Hodge (Kristin) and Timothy Hodge. Loving grandfather of William and Finnegan. Dear brother of Ronald Hodge, Jr. (Virginia) and Michael Hodge (Lisa). Cherished brother-in-law of Debra Wanner (George) and Gerri Moore (Jim). Loving uncle of Christopher Hodge (Leslie), Stephen Hodge, Michael Hodge, Jr., Andrew Hodge, Scott Wanner (Jess), Kevin Wanner, Anne Marie Newbert (Steven), Carolyn Hodge and Melissa Moore.
Larry grew up in Oaklyn, NJ with his two brothers, Ron and Michael. He attended St. Aloysius grammar school and Paul VI High School and then followed his older brother Ron to Widener University where he was an integral part of the school’s first football national championship in 1977. Larry was a construction foreman for over 30 years until his retirement in 2015. He met and married the love of his life, Sandra, in 1985 and they were inseparable until his passing. Larry was a devoted father to Bryan and Tim and later proudly assumed the role of Pop Pop to grandsons Will and Finnegan. The Hodge Family and Larry’s many friends and neighbors truly mourn the loss of a great husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. Rest in Peace Larry.
