Judith Farrar

(nee Mirarchi) On January 24, 2024, of Washington Twp.  Age 59.  Beloved wife of James.  Devoted mother of David and Rachel Tedesco.  Loving daughter of Raymond and the late Marianne (nee Sinatra) Mirarchi.  Dear sister of Christine Mirarchi-Tomeo and Raymond Mirarchi.  Loved by nephews.

Those who met Judy instantly took a liking to her with her contagious smile and witty personality. Her ability to maintain lifelong friendships speaks to her loving nature and loyalty. Judy worked at a local salon in Washington Township, where she met her forever husband. Soon after she was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2010 and for 14 years, Judy battled the disease with dignity and grace. She always remained positive, never complaining, while keeping her sense of humor. Towards the end of her life, Judy encountered more health issues which landed her in and out of the hospital. Despite each obstacle placed in front of her, Judy proceeded to defy the odds for her children, husband, family and friends. She is the true definition of a warrior and she will surely be missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation Wednesday 10:15 AM-12:15 PM at SS Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, 362 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp.  Mass of Christian Burial 12:15 PM.  Inurnment, All Saints Cemetery, Newfield.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Judith’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
