Joseph “Skeeter” Grande Jr.
On May 12, 2026, of Williamstown. Age 81. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Gellura). Devoted father of Joseph (Lisa), and Jason. Loving grandfather of Britni, and Krysta. Proud great-grandfather of Audrina, and Nico. Dear son of the late Joseph & Annie (nee Ciavardone) Grande. Cherished brother of Robert, Maria Seamans-Grande, and the late Matthew Grande. Loved by nieces and nephews.
Joseph “Skeeter” Grande was a man of deep devotion — to his family, his friends, and the neighbors he held dear. A fixture in his beloved Friendly Village community, Joe took on the unofficial but fitting role of “Mayor,” welcoming all with a warm smile, a cocktail in hand, and one of his legendary homemade pies.
Joe found joy in life’s richest pleasures: the friendly competition of his Tuesday poker games, seaside getaways to Atlantic City with his wife Carol, and spirited conversations about food, cooking, literature, music, and the arts. His passions were as generous as his spirit — always shared, never kept to himself.
To know Joe was to know a ” One of a Kind Man”
Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation Saturday June 6, 9:00-11:00 am at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Township. Funeral service 11:00 am.
