Joseph Abriola, on May 26, 2017, of Washington Twp. Age 82. Beloved husband of Bernice (nee Newell). Devoted father of Teri Keeney and her husband Robert, Joseph Abriola and his wife Michele. Loving grandfather of Abigale, Madison, Joseph and Andrew. Dear brother of Florence Yore and her husband Sonny and Carol Harris and her husband Jesse. Cherished uncle of Brian Harris, Denise Kurshner and Gail Robinson.
Joseph Abriola was born on March 21st,1935 and grew up in Vineland, New Jersey. He was the son of Joseph and Rose Abriola and had three sisters who all loved him dearly. Joseph Abriola served in the United States Marine Corps during Korean War, to protect his country he loved and was proud to be a part of. Eventually, he became married to Bernice Newell who then had two children. Joseph loved sports, especially football, and enjoyed watching the Eagles games and pretty much every other sporting event. He was a man of strength, wisdom, and kindness, and would give up anything if it meant helping the people he loved. Joseph Abriola was a charismatic and life-loving person all the way up until his death on May 26th, 2017. He inspired many people in his lifetime and his impact on those who had the pleasure of knowing him will truly last forever. Joseph Abriola will be missed but his life filled with fun and laughter will always be remembered and reflected upon.
