On July 3, 2018 of Deptford. Age 74. Beloved husband of Carolann (nee Burke). Father of Mark Manning. Dear brother of Matthew Manning, Carole Jackson and the late Mary West and Eleanor Smith. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Joe proudly served his country in the Airforce during the Vietnam War.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his graveside service Monday 11:00 am at the Gloucester County Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe’s memory may be made to Veterans Helping Veterans, P.O. Box 337, Woodbury, NJ 08096.
