John W. Oncay, Jr. on November 27, 2017, of Washington Twp. Age 81. Beloved husband of the late Kathryn F. (nee Kerwood). Devoted father of Kathy Dobson (Dennis), John, III (Cheryl), Robert, Glenn (Stacy), Kelly Ann Spencer (Troy), Mark (Lisa), and the late Cindy and Cheryl Oncay. Loving grandfather of 14. Proud great-grandfather of 8. Dear brother of Susan Tervail.
John was a loving family man, he worked at BOEING for over 50 yrs, and at night drove a tow truck to WASH. TWP to provide for his family . He did his very best to always be there for any of his kids when ever they needed .. and went out of his way to make CHRISTMAS more special for his family than anyone could ever imagine. He also enjoyed collecting trains and going to the shore.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Saturday 9:00 – 11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Funeral Service 11:00 AM. Interment Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s memory may be made to Veterans Helping Veterans, Veteran’s Advisory Council, P.O. Box 337, Woodbury, NJ 08096. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.egizifuneral.com
