John Vona, Sr.

On October 26, 2024, of Williamstown, formerly of Washington Twp.  Age 84.  Beloved husband of the late Marlene H. (nee Tolentino).  Devoted father of John Vona, Jr. (Lisa), Maryann Mastrobuono (Graziano), Florence Dottoli (Lou) and Joann Vona.  Loving grandfather of Christopher, Joseph, Anthony and Nicholas.  Proud great-grandfather of Joseph. Dear brother of Josephine Tofani, Mary Capobianco and the late Joe, Ernestine, Rita, Rose, Mildred, Anthony and Angelina.  Loved by nieces and nephews.

John was one of a kind.  He provided for his family as best he could and was always there for you when you needed something. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren and great-grandson. He loved family dinners, watching YouTube and trips to the shore which always lead to the Borgata.

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Thursday 8:15-10:15 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp.  Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM at the Church of the Holy Family, Washington Twp.  Entombment, New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.
