Dear Joelle and Jennica and Family, So what can I say about mom, my dear friend for life. We worked together, partied together and even cried together. I have wonderful memories of working with her at every salon she opened. Every holiday was a party at the shop with food and drinks. Every New Year’s Eve party was at her house, the wonderful trips we went on together and lately our talks on the phone which I will miss. My thoughts and prayers will be with both of your families and I will cherish the many wonderful memories of JoAnna.

Joanne was my stylist hairdresser did her no justice. I have known Joanne since the very early 80’s, followed her to each and every Shop all 3 of them. It wasn’t just a Shop it was a loving home for all heads! It was therapy at a whole new level. My appointment could be at 10 AM but I never left before 3 or 4 PM. You could get any problem solved there, you could learn arts and crafts, you could bake the best cake or cookie and if you really wanted to turn it up a notch you could serve up the best 7-fish dinner on Christmas Eve and crab gravy. For me, it was the best times of my life at the Shop. I would get to see all the lovely ladies. Joanne would walk in with a million bags in hand all bright eyed and greet us all with a smile and I knew it was going to be a lovely day. You see I was the baby of the Shop, the youngest head. Joanne would say to me, I have this new style or color I want to try on you and I would say ok, I never worried because I knew Joanne could fix it. I trusted her with my head hands down even after we would have wine and cheese. God brings people into our lives for a reason and for me Joanne would sit and listen to me especially after I lost my mother, she would put her arm around me and say, Regina how are you. I will miss all those times at the Shop but at the same time cherish those memories with Joanne and the lovely ladies of the Shop. Joanne, I will miss you dearly but I will NEVER forget you! Love, Regina
