Howard Christy
On March 6, 2019 of Woodbury, NJ. Age 76. Beloved former husband of Barbara Mello (Edmund). Devoted father of son Frank Christy (Anjanette), daughter Katherine Ritchie (Jack), and son Daniel Christy. Loving Pop Pop of Amanda, Katherine (Matthew), Jack, Dan Jr., Heather, Frank Jr., Matthew, Bobby, and Joey. Proud great-grandfather of Leah, Chris and Matthew.
“Huck” was born to Howard and Helen in Camden, NJ. He was a skilled iron worker and a devoted family man. He loved fishing, cooking, spending time with friends, and watching Philadelphia sports. He was quick-witted with a wonderful sense of humor. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to visitation on Wednesday 9:00 -11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Township. Funeral Service 11:00 AM at Egizi Funeral Home. Inurnment at Eglington Cemetery, 320 Kings Hwy, Clarksboro.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Howard’s memory may be made to Wigs & Wishes, 304 Hurffville Crosskeys Road, Sewell, NJ 08080. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.egizifuneral.com.
