Heidi M. Hoy, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2026, at the age of 67. Born on October 11, 1958, in Perth Amboy, Heidi lived a life full of warmth, kindness, and dedication to her family and community. Her parents even owned and operated a drive-in restaurant called Heidi’s in town.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Kraszewski and Juttana (née Garbe), whose memories she cherished deeply. Heidi is survived by her devoted daughter, Alexandria Meagher, and son-in-law, Edward. She also leaves behind three adored grandchildren, Calvin, Keagan, and Logan, who were the light of her life. Heidi is survived by her two sisters, her longtime companion Ronald Rogers, and numerous friends and neighbors who will miss her dearly.

Heidi found joy in the simple pleasures of life, embracing her passion for gardening, bicycling, and cherishing moments spent at Point Pleasant Beach. Her love for nature and beauty extended into her professional life as well, where she worked as a florist at Spring Lake Floral. Heidi’s creative touch and attention to detail brought joy to many through her floral arrangements.

Heidi’s spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire all who had the privilege to be part of her life.

Heidi’s life will be honored and remembered privately by her family.
