(nee Jaworski) On January 6, 2019 of Washington Twp. Age 76. Beloved wife of the late Robert. Devoted mother of Lisa Marie Rizzo (John) and Robert William Shaw. Loving grandmother of Joseph and Robert, Jr. Beloved daughter of Mildred Jaworski “Molly”. Dear sister of Ronald V. Jaworski (Elizabeth) and William J. Jaworski (Frances). Cherished aunt of Jacki Jaworski Petrongolo, Kimberley Jaworski Tancredi, Jenifer Jaworski Mixon, Joleen Jaworski, Jessica Jaworski Myers, Jeffrey Jaworski, and William (BJ) Jaworski. Proud great aunt of Victoria Jaworski, Gabriella Tancredi, Isabella Tancredi, Brandy Petrongolo, Julianna Petrongolo, Ashley Mixon, Amber Mixon, Alexa Mixon Molly Jaworski, Marissa Jaworski, Jesse Petrongolo, Santino (Sonny) Petrongolo, Gregorio Tancredi, Austin Mixon Ryan Myers, Collin Myers, Andrew Myers, Tristan Jaworski, and Baby Boy Jaworski (He hasn’t been named yet).
Licensed New York State Cosmetologist Geri had a hair salon in her basement and really loved doing hair for her family and friends. She was actively involved with The United Way & Jaws Youth Playbook. She was a die-hard Eagles Fan and hardcore Dallas hater. A beloved grandmother who fiercely loved her children & grandchildren Geri always put her family above everything. Geri Loved her furbaby Nicki. She loved owning a craft workshop with both of her sister-in-laws Liz & Fran, called The Imagination Workshop which was located in her hometown of Lackawanna New York. She enjoyed spending as much time as she could with her family. Geri was the Hostess with the Mostest. She loved to be surrounded by her family and friends Geri was either at her home in her swimming pool, or at the hunting cabin she shared with her late husband Bobby which was located in upstate NY
Geri moved her family to Somerdale NJ in 1982 and taught her brother Ron how to become a successful Busimess Man. Geri Loved working along side him in several of the businesses he owned . Her favorite job was working as Ron’s Executive Assistant For several years Her office was located at The Eagles Nest in Mantua, NJ After the Eagles Nest closed, her office was moved to Valley Brook Country Club in Blackwood NJ.
Geri was a smart,beautiful,kind-hearted. daughter,sister, mother and friend. Geri was always dressed to impress and loved to wear blazers. You never saw her without her hair done, makeup on, and her signature red nail polish. She is going to be missed by her family, friends, and everyone that got the chance to know her. Geri will live forever in our hearts, and will never be forgotten.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tuesday 3:30-6:00 pm at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 6:00 pm.
