Frederick Lazzati, 40, of Blackwood, formerly of Oceanport, passed away suddenly on April 25, 2023. Fred was a graduate Shore Regional High School and Arcadia University, earning a double major in Communications and English. He enjoyed time with his family. Whether it was a walk with Luna or dinner with Amy, he cherished every moment. He was a lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan. He was always the first to wish his family and friends Happy Birthday or Anniversary. Regardless of which of life’s hurdles were put in front of him, Fred met each challenge with the most optimistic attitude and a smile. He never gave up, never slowed down, and always succeeded. To know Fred was to Love him and he broke all of the molds. Those of us who loved him are left to pick up the pieces.
Fred leaves behind his loving Wife Amy, his daughter Luna, who was the light of his life and cohort in mischief, and his four-legged confidant Candice. He also leaves his parents, Diane and Ron Kirk, and Fred and Laurie Lazzati and his mother-in-law Sandra (Gary) and father-in-law Gary (Maryann). He leaves behind his siblings, Laura Widdis (Charles), Katy Kirk, and James Kirk. His sister in law Jill (Devrim). His nephews Michael, Adam and Erik, Zach, Logan, and Aidan and nieces Olivia and Brooke. Grandmothers Jacqueline Mazza, Lillian Kirk, Elaine Roehrig and Marion Lazzati along with many other family and friends. He was predeceased by Grandfathers Donald Mazza, James Kirk, Fred Lazzati and his cousin Michael Mazza.
Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation Saturday, May 13th 1:00 – 2:30 PM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 2:30 PM.
