Frank Paradiso, Jr.
On August 10, 2026, of Haines City, Florida, Formally of Erial, passed peacefully with his family by his side at the age of 93. Frank is the beloved husband of the late Antonietta (nee Mascia). Devoted father of Camilla Danielson (the late Stephen), Nicolas Paradiso (Johnna) and Joseph Paradiso (Tami). Loving grandfather of Stephen, Jr., Christian, Danielle, Alyssa, Giana and Michaella. Proud great-grandfather of CJ, Toni, Vienna, Cassidy, Leo, Stella, Sabrina and Giovani. Cherished companion of Rose (Teddi) Nellis.
Frank was a friend from the very first moment you met him. He was steady, kind, and always willing to help without hesitation. He had a natural gift for friendship. He treated everyone with warmth and respect and had a way of making people feel comfortable and valued. And, of course, Frank had a wonderful sense of humor. He knew how to make people laugh, and his easygoing personality made being around him a pleasure. That was Frank.
But above all, Frank was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Antonietta. He cared for her with deep love and dedication and was equally devoted to his mother-in-law, opening his home to her and supporting her throughout the years. Family was deeply important to Frank, and he showed his love through the way he cared for the people around him.
In his early days, Frank started out as a driver for Bond Bread and Schmidt’s Beer. He eventually decided to become a business owner, buying a bar and later a delicatessen. When he was ready for a change, he returned to his first career as a truck driver, driving for the CCMUA.
Frank loved golf and warm weather so much that he eventually moved to Florida, where he happily lived on a golf course. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to his neighbors, whether it was doing work around their homes or driving fellow snowbirds to and from the airport. If Frank wasn’t on the golf course or helping a friend, you could often find him in the pool hall or out dancing at social events with his companion, Teddi. And if he wasn’t there, he was probably at home enjoying two of his favorite pastimes—working on crossword puzzles and watching old movies and westerns.
Frank returned to New Jersey for his final months, where he was surrounded by his family and enjoyed some of life’s simple pleasures—fresh fruit, ice cream, a shot of whiskey, and Devil Dogs. Those final months were filled with love, family, laughter, and cherished memories.
Frank will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him. His kindness, humor, generosity, and devotion to his family and friends will remain in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known him.
Family and friends are welcome to attend his visitation Tuesday 9:00-11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Frank’s Funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
