Frank J. Villari
On July 22, 2023, of Washington Twp. Age 80. Devoted father of Frank, Michael (Christina), Joseph Villari (Cynthia), and the late Lisa Joanna Formilio. Loving grandfather of Celeste, Josephine, Joseph, Alexander, and Vincent. Dear Brother of the late Salvatore.
Frank appreciated the simple pleasures in life! From enjoying good times at the local VA clubs as a proud veteran, indulging in all-you-can-eat Chinese buffets, watching his grandkids sporting activities, setting up elaborate model train tracks beneath the Christmas tree, leisurely strolls along the Wildwood boardwalk, and taking his sons crabbing in the Summer while affectionately yelling “Blue Point” to fellow boaters under the bridge towards the shore as we rode into town.
It was not uncommon to catch this 80-year-old displaying impressive physical aptitudes such as walking miles to the store or performing a deep squat to lift a wooden board off the ground. He was never afraid to get dirty and always willing to devote his time helping those that needed an extra set of hands.
Frank fully embodied the notion that a person does not need many materialistic possessions to be considered a man of worth!
Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Friday 9:00-10:45 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church, 176 Stagecoach Road, Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM. Interment, Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery, Williamstown.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank’s memory may be made to St. Charles Borromeo RC Church, 176 Stagecoach Road, Sicklerville, NJ 08081.
