On February 7, 2024 of Lewes, DE. Age 90. Beloved husband of the late Nancy and the late Eleanor. Loving companion of Mary Robertson. Dear brother of the late Dorothy Bonser, Walter Soltner, Edward Soltner, Natalie Alloway, and Charles Soltner. Loved by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend his graveside service Wednesday 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Sewell.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank’s memory may be made to Delaware Hospice.

I lived behind Mr. Soltner growing up from 1963 till I went in the service. We neighborhood kids would clean his pool so we could swim. He and Mrs. Soltner had two poodles then. Always a good time at his house. Sending my love and prayers to his family and friends.
