Francesco Francofonte was born in Palermo, Sicily, Italy on June 1, 1961. He passed away in Sewell, New Jersey, on December 20, 2023 at the age of 62.
The only boy of the family, Ciccio was the third child of Paolo and Concetta Francofonte. He was predeceased by his parents. He is celebrated and remembered by his siblings: Rosalia Mannino (the late Giuseppe), Caterina Mineo (Giuseppe), and Carolina Francofonte. He is beloved by his many nieces and nephews: Francesca, Antonio, Cetti, Daniela, Rosaria, Concetta, and Giuseppe, and his great-nieces and nephews Paolo, Beatrice, Giovanni, Giuseppe, Matilda, Michele, Elena, Edoardo, and Liliana.
Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Saturday 8:15 to 10:15 a.m. at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church, 176 Stagecoach Rd., Washington Twp. Entombment will be at All Saints Cemetery, Newfield.
