On behalf of the Boomtowners of South Philly, we would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the family of fellow Boomtowner Don Taylor. We will always remember the good times we all shared growing up in our little close community in South Philly. May Don rest in peace.
Amy Smith left a message on February 24, 2024:
My deepest sympathies to all of the family. My favorite memories of him are of his visiting Florida and regaling us with his stories. He always had a smile on his face while doing so and alway seemed so content & happy. I admired that. Love, Amy Burcaw Smith

Joan, Debbie, Don, Dan: Our prayers and condolences for your loss. The video is a beautiful tribute to a long life well lived. You will feel his quiet love in your memories. Don was soft spoken, generous with his time, resourceful with his talents and an all around nice guy. Thankfully he was also brave and daring enough to marry into the Epright clan and that opened the door for us to come to know him. Don will always be one of the good guys on our list ... we feel blessed to have known him. Mike and Nancy

George M. Tuson left a message on February 22, 2024:
When I was young, Uncle Don helped build a model airplane with me when I spent the night. The model airplane hung in my room for a long time. Every time I looked at the airplane, I remember Uncle Don teaching me how to build models. I will always remember his kindness and patience. I will miss him.

Don was a good friend of mine , we were members of the Patcong Valley RR club. He had a very outgoing personality and was very talented in many fields. As I was a fellow Verizon retiree we shared many a story about our experience at MA Bell. Don will be truly missed by his friends and family . God speed Don . Gene Gleason, Asheboro North Carolina
