Loving grandmother of Lisa (Mike), Tara (Dave), Janene (Nick), Louis (Natalie), Alycia (Ted), Cristiforo (Stephanie), Chelsea (Josh), and Madison, Nicholas (Alexandra), Kaitlyn (Matt), Christina (Adam), Michael and Brianna. Proud great-grandmother of Taylor, Morgan, Lexi, Mila, Mateo, Gia, Nico, Savary, Oliver, Everett, Hunter, Roman, Remi, Jacob, and Ava. Dear sister of Robert Civa (Patricia).
Mom was born and raised in South Philadelphia…some of the things she loved were spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren…she loved to dance and was always the life of the party…loved the casinos…Virginia Slims Super Slims and make sure it’s Menthol…spending time at the beach…enjoyed her days as the owner of the best local Italian Deli “Valley Cold Cuts”, and making her friends and customers always feel like family…known for calling everyone “Babe”…drinking her coffee with Irish Cream and Entenmann’s Chocolate Chip Pound Cake…”Dolores”…”Dee”…”Mom”…”Nanny”…”Secret Squirrel”…no matter what she was called she was loved and admired by anyone and everyone that ever had the pleasure of being in her company…and was famous for saying “Really, Really”… she was truly an amazing person and will be greatly missed by all!
Dolores’ life will be honored and remembered privately by her family due to the health crisis of COVID-19.
Dolores’ will be celebrated with family and friends at a later date.
