Danisio “Danny” Angelo Cintioli, age 87 of Washington Township, NJ passed away peacefully on July 30, 2026. He was born and raised in Castelfidardo, Italy. As a young child he helped with the Family Business of Cintioli Accordion Co. Danny came to America to continue his studies and graduated high school. He then attended both Temple University and Drexel University, where he received an Associate in Technology and Bachelor of Science (Electrical Engineering-Electronics). He taught electronics classes at BCIT and eventually ran his own business called Danny’s Amp Service in Pennsauken from 1979-2013, where he repaired and upgraded all types of electronic musical equipment.
Danny married the love of his life, the late Josephine Cintioli on August 14, 1975 and raised two children together. He loved fixing things and helping people and did so through having his own business called Danny’s Amp Service. Danny loved to travel, take cruises, go to the casinos and go to “all you can eat” buffets. He loved telling stories and jokes to make people smile or laugh. He loved a good cup of black coffee/espresso with a little bit of Sambuca after a delicious home-cooked meal. Most of all he loved his beautiful wife, wonderful children and adored his 4 grandchildren.
He is survived by his children, Danisio D. Cintioli and Sabrina Dempsey & her husband Brent Dempsey; grandchildren, Maria Cintioli, Cassidy Coller, Adonella and Tatem Dempsey; sister-in-law Frances Gravinese (nee Ambruoso); nieces Debbie Gravinese, Mirna Brescia and Rita Carini and nephew Carlo Carini.
Danny was predeceased by his parents Daniele and Elevlen Cintioli; sibling, Adonella Carini and her husband Alfredo; sister-in-law, Rita DiFrancesco (Sam DiFrancesco) and brothers-in-law, Louis Gravinese.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend his viewing Tuesday 9:30-11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Funeral service 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Danny’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. His family kindly requests that those attending the services wear blue in honor of his memory.
