Bob Giandonato left a message on July 10, 2014:
Chris will always be remembered as the person with a million dollar smile. I had the pleasure of working for Chris for a dozen years and could always count on his support. I remember his retirement party and the many tributes to him, both in fun and serious. He was a stickler regarding his dedication to his work and never wavered his principals. Both Grace and I will sorely miss him and send are deepest sympathies to his loving family. Love Bob & Grace Giandonato

Jane King left a message on July 11, 2014:
My heartfelt sympathy to the Bello familiy. I will never forget the 30 plus years that I had with Chris as a co-worker and a friend. Chris was kind, but tough, helpful, but demanding. He had a huge impact on the lives of so many. I was at times a thorn in his side professionally, but I knew he would always remain a true friend. We will all miss his wit and his smile. We can honor his life by living ours as he did.....with joy and caring for others. Jane King

John Esposito left a message on July 11, 2014:
Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Bello family. John Jr. and Jennifer Esposito I have so many great memories. I remember as a teenager taking a job going door to door and trying to sell newspaper subscriptions. I was taken somewhere in Central Jersey in a bad neighborhood and got separated from my work crew. Stuck by myself in the middle of nowhere, it was Chris who somehow found me and took me home. It was also Chris who helped my Mom and Dad when my Dad had a heart attack years ago. I'll never forget that. He helped my daughter get a job, giving her a tremendous reference. And it was both Chris and Eileen (and Kevin!) who saved my life when I once went joy riding. He was always such a great friend, not just to my Mom and Dad, but to me as well. I will genuinely miss him. Eileen, Robert and Kevin, all of you are really like a second family to me, and I am so very sorry for your loss. John Esposito Jr.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Kevin Dark left a message on July 17, 2014:
I was saddened to hear of the death of Chris. Unfortunately my wife and I were out of the area on vacation when we got the news. As such we were not able to be physically present to pay our respects and offer condolences. But know that my prayers were with you all. On a professional level, Chris was both directly and indirectly responsible for shaping my career at then INA (now Cigna). I had the greatest of respect for him and consider him to be one of the best managers I ever had the privilege to know and work for. The one thing I can say is that I truly believe that if ever there was a fair and just man who was deserving of resting in the presence of our Lord, it is Chris. So my final words will be what I trust our Lord said to Chris that day, 'Well done, good and trustworthy servant! Since you've been trustworthy with a small amount, I'll put you in charge of a large amount. Come and share your master's joy!" Kevin Dark

Eileen and Mike Waldron left a message on July 10, 2014:
What a special person he was...selfless and always willing to help others. I remember not being able to get to the Jewelry shop a few years back because our grandson had become very ill and we had to travel to Illinois for a stay. When I returned home, there was a msg. from Chris...Eileen, your watch is fixed and it's on me. He was just that kind of guy. Our deepest sympathy to you, Eileen, Kevin and Robert and all those close to Chris. He will never be forgotten because of how he lived his life. Sincerely, Mike and Eileen Waldron
John and Joan Esposito left a message on July 10, 2014:
Our deepest sympathies to Eileen, Kevin, and Robert. Chris will be missed more than words can say. We have spent almost a lifetime together. For more than forty years we have looked upon Chris and his family as part of our family. His concern for all the people he cared about was unsurpassed. He was always the first to lend a helping hand to those who needed him. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and the best friend anyone could ask for. One of the many things we remember, is when John had his heart attack Chris was in the ER with us. When John came home to recuperate Chris presented him with a computer to keep him busy. When John's mother was sick and needed blood Chris made sure the company provided it. We cannot express how heartfelt his passing is. With all our love John and Joan Esposito

Phil Chappine Jr. left a message on July 11, 2014:
Dear Eileen, Kevin and Robert, We are deeply saddened and we feel that we have lost a family member. Chris was there for us at many significant moments in our lives. One such occasion was the wedding of Dolores and Phil, at which time Chris presented Dolores to join Phil in holy matrimony. Six months ago, Phil left us but I am sure he was there to greet Chris, who Phil loved dearly. We know Chris loved him in return and we are eternally grateful that Chris and Eileen were with us at our time of sorrow. He was a wonderful person and will be missed by all whose lives he touched. Dolores and Phil Jr Chappine
