Cecilia Mangini

(nee Connelly) On February 8, 2024, of Washington Twp. Age 80. Devoted mother of Frank Albanese, John Albanese (Marie), Angella Pallozzi (Michael) and the late Stephen Albanese. Loving grandmother of Michael, Gina, Julia, Jacqueline, and Ava. Dear sister of Frank Connelly and the late Joseph and Thomas Connelly, and Mary Rubillo.

Cecilia was born and raised in South Philadelphia. She graduated from St. Maria Goretti High School.

Ceil, and her husband Frank, moved to Turnersville in 1968 where she enjoyed being a homemaker and mother to her four children.

Ceil went on to graduate from Temple University with a Masters degree in Psychology. It was her passion to help others live their best lives. She had a special gift of bringing

happiness to all who knew her. She was a loving and giving soul. Ceil enjoyed time with her family and friends both in Sewell and her home on the bay in Ocean City.

She was abundantly passionate in her career, her beautiful family, and living a life filled with love, joy, and endless happiness.

Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tuesday 8:45-10:45 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church, 176 Stagecoach Road, Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Cecilia’s memory may be made to Autism Science Foundation or American Heart Association

My name is Sue Fischler, I worked with Dr.Daly for many years and retired 2 years ago. Your mother was such a lovely women and always enjoyable to talk with. I remember her always coming in for her visits and Stephen. I was sorry to hear about her passing. My prayers are with your family.

Nothing but the fondest loving memories of Ceil! She was a most giving and kind person…always generous with her time and genuine concern for other’s well being. This comes from personal experience. Ceil will be sadly missed, May she light up heaven with joy and beauty as she rests with the Angels. The most sincere condolences to all who loved her.
