Carol Diane Romaine, 60, of Williamstown, NJ passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 31, 2024. Her loss is unexpected, and her family is devastated.
Carol, an artist, well-respected Registered Nurse, and bitcoin expert, was born on March 15, 1963 to her beloved parents Catherine Romaine and Charles Romaine Sr. She was the youngest of four children.
Carol loved her family and was a fierce supporter of her children, whom she adored with all her heart. She is survived by her loving partner, Pete Bazikos and their wonderful children Peter 24, Alexandria 21, and Michael 17, Riley the cat, and her siblings Janice, Charles Jr., and Donna. She leaves behind her adoring nieces and nephews and many friends, family, and colleagues.
Carol was the brightest shining star with her effortless wit and sarcasm paired with her sincere empathy and kindness towards those she loved. She was a spiritual empath. She was not someone you meet and forget because she made a big impression. She was the life of the party.
She was cherished by all in her circle and will be remembered for her laugh, her love of bitcoin, her compassion for animals, her wisdom, her determination, her ability to manifest, the way she made every event exciting and entertaining, her artistic abilities, her impeccable taste in music, her love of Frank Zappa and David Bowie; we will remember everything about her with joy. She will be missed dearly.
As her beloved David Bowie once said, “I don’t know where I’m going from here, but I promise it won’t be boring.”
Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Thursday, February 8th 6:00-7:30 PM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Celebration of Life 7:30 PM.
