Carol Nicosia (nee Cice), 68, was born in Philadelphia to Margherita and Anthony Cice Sr.

Devoted wife of William Nicosia, Jr. for 33 years, loving mother of Michael Wagner and Amanda (nee Nicosia) Steiner (Matthew). She was also the sister of Paula Capizzi and the late Anthony Cice, Jr. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Carol was a remarkable woman that surmounted many obstacles. She was a caregiver to her mother for 19 years. During those years she worked full-time, raised her family, and went back to school to receive her Associate’s Degree. Carol dedicated her life to her family and ensured her children led successful and happy lives.

After a fulfilling career in international customer service, Carol retired to enjoy a quieter life at home with her husband Bill. She loved all animals, especially cats. A voracious reader with an inquisitive nature, she loved history, languages and gardening.

All who knew her will miss her giving and loving nature. We hope she finds peace in the afterlife, where she will be reunited with many loved ones.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation Saturday 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Funeral Service 11:00 AM.
