So sorry to hear of Art's passing, though it's been quite a few years since I last saw him he always reminded me of good times. He was the ultimate professional and his announcing lent an air of importance to the performances of the showman! I hope that his loved ones will find solace in the understanding of the importance Art played in the lives of so many people.

I am sorry to hear of Art's passing. He was a great horse show announcer and an even better man. I will always hear his voice and think of him when watching barrel or pole bending classes. He did make us all feel like winners.

I was so sorry to hear of Art and Ronnie passing away. My stepfather, Sol Rosa and my mother Lee would have Art and Ronnie over our house for BBQs & trail rides. You couldn't of find 2 nicer people. I am so sorry I didn't get to see them before they passed, I would of loved to give them both a big hug, and thanked them for the good memories. God blessed all of us at SJHA & 4-H for having the opportunity to have them in our lives. Sorry for your loss, Barbara Rosa

Art was a true gentleman in every sense of the word. He always had kinds words for everyone and was a true inspiration to the youth of 4H and SJHA. I will always remember Art and know his life has been an inspiration to others for goodness. RIP

Words won't heal the loss of a great one in a millionman like Art. I grew up with South Jersey Horseman's Association and 4-H, and Art was the heart and soul of the clubs for many years. He just visited us at our new location the Dream Park in Logan Twp, and I asked him if he was ready to come back to work? He did give it some thought and there was a twinkle in his eye at the thought of returning to a job he loved. Anyone that showed horses in the south jersey area will always have a fond story to share if you brought up Art's name. He will be sorely missed but God must have been in need of a kind and gentle man and a great announcer for his horse shows in heaven. Until we meet again Mr. Willits Sincerely Jane Munn

Sending my sympathy and love to Dorothy, Bob and Jordan. Art will be so missed because he was and will continute to be so loved. May your memories bring you peace in the coming weeks and forever.

Dorothy and family - Our memories of Art were when we would show our Appaloosa at S.J. Horseman's Assoc. shows particularly at Mullica Hill and Art would be announcing in that great manner he had. My daughter, Missey, did most of the riding and showing but I did get in a few "Over 35" classes. Art always made everyone feel like a winner. God bless. H.D. Dorothy and Family, Not having seen Art and Ronnie for years, last time was when they came down to FL to visit Gerry and Jim. But have been email buddies for some time. He was such a special person, they both were. I know that my Mom and Jim along with Ronnie and all his past pets welcomed him to heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sincerely Bunny

No one could do it like Art! He played the best songs, said all the right things, he made all us kids feel like winners! That announcers booth came alive when he was behind the mike! He was one in a millon!

Haven't seen Art in years, but we have remained e-mail buddies. He was such a great friend and a special man. He will be sorely missed.
